Steps

Boil 2 large potatoes and peel and mash them well.

Heat oil in a wok and then add chopped onion and green chilli and saute till onions are little soft.

Add mashed potatoes,red chilli powder and salt to taste.

Mix it all well and saute for a minute,then add chopped coriander leaves and switch off the gas.

Serve Bihar style hot aloo chokha with dal rice or paranthas.
