Ingredients

  • 4 cupswheat flour
  • 2 cupsPowdered Sugar
  • 1 tspCardamom Powder
  • 1 cupGhee
  • 1 pinchSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the ghee in pan and roast Aata with salt till it gives aroma and changes colour to golden brown.

    Then off the flame and mix cardamom powder and sugar.

    Mix well and make round ladoos. Store it in airtight container. Thanks.
