Ingredients

  1. 500 gramsqeema
  2. 500 gramsmatar
  3. 3aalu
  4. 3onions
  5. 2tomatoes
  6. 1/2 cupdahi
  7. 1/2 cupoil
  8. 3hari mirch
  9. 2 tspsalt
  10. 1 tspchilli powder
  11. 2 Tbssukha dhuniya
  12. 1/2 tsphuldi
  13. 2 Tbsginger garlic paste
  14. Hara dhuniya thora sa

Steps

  1. 1

    Oil main onions ko light brown kar lain.

  2. 2

    Ab qeema add krain. Ginger garlic paste add krain.

  3. 3

    Qeemay ko bhon lain.

  4. 4

    Salt, chil, huldi and sukha dhuniya add krain. Mix krain.

  5. 5

    Ab tomato ko kaat kar add krain sath dahi bhi daal dain.

  6. 6

    Itna bhon lain kay dahi dry ho jaey.

  7. 7

    Ab mater kay danay nikal kar aur aalu kaat kar add kar dain.

  8. 8

    Thora sa bhon lain to 1 cup pani daal dain.

  9. 9

    Dhukan day kar medium aag pay half an hour paka lain.

  10. 10

    Sath hi harri mirch add kar dain.

  11. 11

    Jub aalu soft ho jaey aur oil nazar aanay lagay to haray dhuniya ki garnishing kar dain.
