First coarsely grind green peas in mixer grinder keep few green peas aside. Now grind tomato, green chilli and ginger into puree in mixer grinder. Heat a pan add oil shallow fry potatoes in brown colour and keep aside.

In the same pan add cumin, when starts cracking add asafoetida, turmeric powder, dhaniya jeera powder saute it and add coarsely ground green peas and few whole peas and cook till peas are softened press and check. Now add tomatoes puree, red chilli powder, kitchen king masala and cook till oil releases. Add potatoes and add little water and salt mix well and cook till thickens add chopped coriander.

Serve hot ready Tasty U.P famous green peas Nimona in a bowl and garnish with chopped coriander & tomato flower.
