  1. 1 kgCashewnuts (white ones, without skin)
  2. 3/4 tspSalt
  3. 1 tspKashmiri chilli powder
  4. pinchTurmeric powder
  5. 1/4 tspCitric acid

Steps

  1. 1

    Keep wok on flame filled with oil.

  2. 2

    Deep fry cashewnuts in three to four batches till nicely browned up, on low or medium flame.

  3. 3

    Remove on strainer, then pour on a thali with kitchen paper on it.

  4. 4

    When all done, put the rest of the ingredients and toss well.

  5. 5

    When cooled down store in airtight container.
