Take a bowl add maida, salt, ghee or oil and rub well.

Sprinkle water little by little and knead for making a soft dough.

Now rest it for 15 minutes.

In between prepare sugar syrup by adding 2 cups sugar with 1 cup water, add lemon juice and cardamom powder till one string sugar syrup.

Now again knead the dough and roll in a lemon sized dough into a small puri in roller pin.

Now fold the rolled puri twice to make a triangular shape.

Now roll it again gently to prepare little big in size.

Prick the rolled puri using a fork in 3 to 5 pieces.

Now press one clove.

Now deep fry them both the sides till golden brown in medium flame.

Now dip them in the sugar syrup for 2 to 3 minutes and take them out.

Now cool them and serve.
