Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan, when milk becomes boil add lemon juice for curdle

Then stain chena in a smooth white cloth and add normal water in it and stain all the water, and leave for 15 minutes

After that take chena in a plate add sugar, cardamom powder, maida and mashed it till it becomes soft

After that make small balls and slightly flatten the middle portion, then deep fry it in oil, fry both sides till golden brown in medium flame

In another pan boil milk for rasabali, bring it to boil and simmer the gas, now add sugar, cardamom powder and off the gas

Now pour the hot milk into the balls and leave it for at least 2 to 3 hours till the balls absorb milk and become soft

Serve garnish with chopped cashew nuts and almonds
