  • 1 kgcarrots grated
  • 1 kgMilk
  • 2 cupfresh cream
  • Sugar (as req for ur taste)
  • 3_4 tbs Desi ghee
  • 4_5 Green cardimum
  • Almonds chopped
  • Kishmish

Steps

  1. 1

    Pot me ghee dale garam ho Jaye to illachi Dal ke fry karein sath hi grated Gajar Dal ke fry karein 5_6 min Tak.

  2. 2

    Is me Milk shamil karein.slow flame pe pakne de. 1 hour ke baad is me cream add karein.or pakne de. milk dry hone Wala ho to sugar add karein or chamach chlate rahe. Phir flame high kar le sath hi Badam or Kishmish add karein.

    Bhun Jaye or Ghee Nazar ane lage flame off kar de.(me ghee Kam hi use kerty hu) dish out karein.mazedar Gajar ka halwa ready ha.
