Take a bowl and pour rawa (suji) into it and add curd and mix it. Make a mixture by adding water. Mixture should not be very tight or not so liquidy. It's consistency should be good. And put the mixture for atleast 25 minutes for rest and than after add eno (food salt) in it.

Take a idli stand and make a very thin layer of oil in each plate fill with full spoon of idli better in each plate and each idli bowl. Put in idli cooker or simple cooker also and make sure cooker is heaving 1 glass water for steaming the idlies

While steaming put the lid on cooker but do not do it tight or close. After 4 mint chek with a clean knife if better hona be stick on it it will take time otherwise it's done take out the stand and take out the idlies with knife untill idli stand will be cool.
