1/2 kgyougurt
2 tbspbesan
1 tbspgreen chilli
1 tsphaldi
1 tspzeera
1 tspsalt
4 tbspoil
2 stickscurry patas
2 clovesgarlic

Heat oil add crushed garlic and curry leaves and fry well

Now in a separate bowl add yougurt and all ingredients and blend well

Now pour ds mixture over fried gatlic
4

Add 2 glasses of water

Cook fr at least 1/2 hour

Serve with rice or khicri
