Collect all the ingredients

Heat oil and butter in a pan

Add garlic.. and saute till the raw aroma of garlic goes away.

When garlic became light golden then add Onion, capsicum and beans and saute till became soft

Then add mashed boiled peas and blanched Broccoli.. and saute..

Add 1 tablespoon of red chilli sauce and ketchup..

Then add black pepper powder and salt according to your taste

Add panner cubes.. and mix it gently..don’t cook the paneer for a long time as they harden and loose their softness.

Mix it well.

Transfer your dish into bowl or in plate... Enjoy your dish with rotis, parantha, or with naan... This is so healthy.. you can also eat as a salad...
