Peri peri chicken seekh with caramelized onions

Put 1 table spoon of virin olive oil in the pan

Thinly slice onions

Once the oil is hot add the onions to the pan

Sautè the onion and once transparent add 1 table spoon of sugar to the pan

Stir fry the onions till they're nicely brown and caramelized

Add 1 tbs salt, 2 tbls peri peri powder, 1 tbs red chilli powder, 1 tbs pepper, 1 tbs chilli sauce

Cook the onions for 2-3 mins and mix it well with the spices

Now add the chopped chicken seeks to the mix in the pan and stir fry for around 10-12 minutes

Remember keep stir frying the seekhs till the time they are cooked well, brown and have mixed well with the spices and onions.

Now take it out in a bowl and garnish with a sprinkle of fresh coriander.
