Ingredients

افراد4 servings
  • 1چکن ایک کلو (سولہ ٹکڑے) 2 ادرک لہسن پیسٹ دو کھانے کے چمچ
  • پسی ہری مرچیں بیس عدد 4 پیاز دو عدد (پسے ہوئے) 5 خشخاش ایک کھانے
  • 6دہی ایک کپ 7 کٹی کالی مرچ ایک چائے کا چمچ
  • ہری الائچی چار عدد 9 دار چینی ایک ٹکڑا 10 لونگ چھ عدد
  • تیز پات ایک عدد 12 زیرہ ایک چائے کا چمچ 13
  • چاول آدھا کلو
  • (تیس منٹ کیلئے بھگو دیں)
  • تیل آدھا کپ 15 نمک حسبِ ذائقہ

Steps

  1. 1

    1چکن کو ادرک لہسن پیسٹ، پسی ہری مرچ، پسے پیاز، خشخاش اور دہی کے ساتھ ایک گھنٹہ میری نیٹ کریں

    2تیل گرم کرکے اس میں پیسے پیاز، کٹی کالی مرچ، ہری الائچی، لونگ، تیز پات، اور زیرہ ڈال کر پانچ سے سات منٹ پکائیں کہ پیاز کا کچا پن ختم ہو جائے

  3. 3

    3پھر میرینیٹ چکن ڈال کر دو سے تین منٹ پکا کر ڈھک دیں اور بیس منٹ کیلئے پکائیں کہ چکن گل جائے اور

    تیل اوپر آجائے
    4اب دو کپ پانی ڈالیں جب

  5. 5

    ابال آنے لگے تو چاول ڈال دیں
    5نمک ڈالیں (نمک چکھ لیں) اگر ضرورت ہو

  6. 6

    اسے پکنے دیں یہاں تک کہ پانی خشک ہو جائے اور چاول تین چوتھائی پک جائیں
    7ہلکی آنچ پر دس منٹ دم

  7. 7

    دیں کہ چاول مکمل تیار ہو جائیں

  8. 8

    8رائتہ کے ساتھ پیش کریں
