Paani poori

For the preparation of poori. Take a bowl and add semolina, refined flour, salt, soda and knead it by adding little water at a time, once the dough is formed keep it for resting for about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile prepare a paani for paani poori. First in a blender jar add chopped mint, coriander and green chilli, add little water and make a fine paste.

Now take a jar add water in it, add prepared coriander and mint paste in it. Now add lemon juice, salt Black salt and roasted jeera powder. And keep in fridge for chilling.

Now take out the dough. Heat oil in a kadai or pan.

Roll out the dough thinly and cut small disc or round shape with a cutter. Now deep fry the disc until crisp golden brown and puffed.

Take them out. Now serve these poori with potato masala and prepared paani.
