Ingredients

  1. 1large thinly sliced onion
  2. 1/2 cupgram flour/besan
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  5. as requiredFinely chopped Coriander
  6. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  7. as requiredOil for Frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix above all ingredients except soda. add water accordingly, the consistency should be medium thick.

  2. 2

    Just before frying add soda and a spoon of water above it. Mix nicely and deep fry until it turns golden brown.
