So when you’re out of pimentos for Pimento Cheese and you really want it, you figure something out. So I had some homemade pickled jalapeños and went with that. Added some Mexican spices and OLE!

Ingredients

  1. 6 ozcream cheese (spreadable)
  2. 1 cupextra sharp Vermont white cheddar, finely grated
  3. 1/3 cupmayo
  4. 2 tbspickled jalapeño, diced
  5. 1 tbsfresh jalapeño, diced
  6. 1/2 tbsfresh habanero, diced
  7. 1/2 tbsfresh serrano, diced
  8. 1 tspgarlic powder
  9. 1 tsponion powder
  10. 1 tsppaprika
  11. 1/2 tspground cumin
  12. 1/2 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and refrigerate for about an hour. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips and ENJOY!
