Take a frying pan and add some oil and fry the chopped onions and potatoes with some salt and turmeric powder till it becomes soft...

Now take all purpose flour in a bowl add some salt, egg and saffron colour and with water make the batter (neither thick nor thin)...

Then take a griddle and apply some oil on it...then put the batter on it and spread like the dosa...when it is cooked take it out...

Now put the filling in one side and give it a pantaras shape...then heat oil in a frying pan and add the pantaras and fry till crisp.

Tasty pantaras is ready...
