Wash the poha. Heat the oil ib a pan fried groundnut and boil potatoes.

Heat the oil, add mustard seed, curry leaves and fry the chopped Oinion.Ko
- 3
Add chopped tomatoes, green chillies, potato, groundnut, salt, turmeric, red chilli and mix well.
- 4
Add wet soaked poha, after two minutes,mix well. And serve with green coriander, lemon juice 🌿
