  • 葱姜蒜
  • 洋葱
  • 【调料涉及】
  • 五香粉 盐 料酒 胡椒粉 淀粉 鸡汁

Steps

  1. 1

    龙利鱼切片,用盐料酒腌制15分钟,葱姜蒜切段,洋葱切条,少许就好

  2. 2

    锅里放水,水开后把鱼倒入熟捞出
    五香粉,白胡椒粉加淀粉放入碗里,加入适当清水调成水淀粉

  3. 3

    锅里下油,油热放入葱姜蒜爆香

  4. 4

    然后倒入杂菜,加入少许油调味,翻炒熟后倒入龙利鱼

  5. 5

    然后加入调好的水淀粉,加入少许鸡汁调味

  6. 6

    大火收汁起锅
