Indian chicken biryani

Marinate the chicken with your gram masala powder,yoghurt, salt and seasoning.

Put a clay pot or normal pot on fire add vegetable oil and semi fry the chicken, make sure you stir regularly to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pot when the chicken is ready set aside.

Meanwhile in a separate pan fry some onions till golden brown and set aside.

Now put the butter in the pot add some chilli and garam masala powder, seasoning and stir.

Now add some of your chicken, then add your parboiled rice repeat the layering process until you exhausted your rice and chicken.

Now mix some saffron powder with a little amount of water add pour on the rice. Lastly add the fried onion and cover the pot allow to simmer under low heat. And your biryaninis ready.
