Ingredients

45 mints
4-5 servings
  • half kg rajma (Red lobia) or kidney beans
  • 1medium chopped onion
  • 2medium chopped tomatoes
  • 1 ts g.g paste
  • 3-4 ts oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 ts red kashmiri mirch
  • half ts haldi powder
  • half ts coriander powder
  • half ts mixed herbs powder
  • 3-4chopoed green chillies
  • few leavescoriander
  • 2 literof water

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and soaked rajma for an hour

  2. 2

    Boil rajma in the boiled water,

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan, add onions and and cook until it gets brown

  4. 4

    Now add g.g paste and cook

  5. 5

    Add tomatoes and cook until it gets soft

  6. 6

    Now add all spices and bonify the masala

  7. 7

    Now add boiled rajma and cook

  8. 8

    Add water for gravy, cook on high flame for the first boil

  9. 9

    Then cook on low to medium flame, until gravy gets thickens

  10. 10

    Turn off the flame, add chillies and coriander leaves and served with boiled rice or chapati
