Steps

Soak chan adal, udad dal and rice for 6 to 7 hours.

Grind it with required water and soaked poha. Then cover it and again keep it aside for 7 to 8 hours.

Add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, coriander and cumin powder, turmeric powder, hing and salt. Mix it well.

In a steamer put water to boil. Grease steamer plate with oil.

Add eno to the batter and mix it well.

Pour required batter to the greased plate. Sprinkle red chilli powder on it.

Steam it for 5 minutes or check it with toothpick.

Apply oil to dhokla and serve with green chutney.
