Ingredients

  • 250 gmsBoiled Potatoes
  • 1 TablespoonExtra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 TeaspoonGaram Masala
  • 1 TeaspoonGrind Cumin
  • 1 TeaspoonWhite Pepper powder
  • 1 TeaspoonTurmeric Powder
  • 1 TeaspoonChat Masala
  • 1Lemon for garnish
  • to Taste Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut Potatoes 🥔 in Half and Microwave on full Power for 10 Min for boiling

    Take a Pan and pour some Extra Virgin Oil and fry potatoes for 2 min and add all the information and fry for 5 min

    Garnish with some lemon 🍋 juice and enjoy your Kachalu
