Soak the soybean dipped in water for 8 hours.

Grind the soybean with the water into a thick paste.

Boil this paste for few minutes and keep removing the froth till it stops collecting on the surface of the milk.

Now with the help of the muslin cloth separate the soya milk from the solid fibrous part of the paste and the soya milk is ready.

TIPS: Okara (soya pulp) by-product of the soy milk
Okara is a fibre-rich by-product of soya milk. You can use it for cooking (okara tikki, etc.)!
