  • Cold or ice water

Steps

  1. 1

    Set pot on fire add water when it started boiling add your vegetable allow it to cook for 2minutes

  2. 2

    Turn off the heat and pour the vegetable in a coulender, rinse it with cold water

  3. 3

    The cold water is to stop the cooking process.
