Ingredients

  • 4carrot(gajar)
  • 2potatoes peeled and cut into pieces
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 2tomatoes chopped
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  • 2 tspCoriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    In a kadhai add oil and cumin.now add tomatoes and cook for two minutes.then add all spices and mix well.now add vegetables and mix again.cover it.and wait till vegetable Cooked.add Coriander leaves and serve hot.
