Gizzard cabbage sauce
I serve this with plain white Yam
Steps

Wash and cut the gizzard into 2

Put in a pot on fire and put in sliced onion, spices and seasonings allow to boil on low heat for about 20-25 minutes to absorb the water

Chop your peppers, onion and cabbage

Put pot on fire put a little amount of oil, put enough sliced onion and the peppers stir fry for few minutes and add little more seasonings and spices to taste

Add in the gizzard continue stiring for 5 minutes put the fire very low,and add in the cabbage cover to steam for few more minutes

Serve with anything of choice
