Ingredients

  • 140 gQuinoa, washed
  • 1onion
  • 1carrot, pealed, chopped in 1cm pieces then halved
  • 2potatoes, pealed, chopped in 1cm cubes
  • 2 clovesgarlic chopped
  • 1.6 litrechicken stock
  • 1 tspCumin
  • 2 tbspolive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil with cumin

  2. 2

    Add onion and fry until softened

  3. 3

    Add garlic and fry with onions

  4. 4

    Add carrot and potatoes, coat with oil

  5. 5

    Add quinoa, stir

  6. 6

    Add stock

  7. 7

    Bring to boil then simmer for 23min
