Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 400 gchopped chicken breast
  2. 4-5spring onions
  3. 2 clovesgarlic
  4. 1Red pepper
  5. to tasteFresh chillies
  6. Thai basil (I can't get it so using normal)
  7. 2-3 tablespoonsfish sauce
  8. 2-3 tablespoonssoy sauce
  9. Teaspoonbrown sugar
  10. Cooking oil
  11. Rice and fried egg to serve
  12. Spring onions to garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Put oil in a wok. Chop all spices and veg, throw them in. Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add sauces and sugar

    Now add the chicken. Continue cooking for another 8-10 mins until chicken is cooked. Add the basil

    Plate up with rice, fried egg and spring onions to garnish 😀
