Ingredients: 400 g chopped chicken breast; 4-5 spring onions; 2 cloves garlic; 1 Red pepper; to taste Fresh chillies; Thai basil (I can't get it so using normal); 2-3 tablespoons fish sauce; 2-3 tablespoons soy sauce; Teaspoon brown sugar; Cooking oil; Rice and fried egg to serve; Spring onions to garnish

Ingredients

4 servings

400 gchopped chicken breast
4-5spring onions
2 clovesgarlic
1Red pepper
to tasteFresh chillies
Thai basil (I can't get it so using normal)
2-3 tablespoonsfish sauce
2-3 tablespoonssoy sauce
Teaspoonbrown sugar
Cooking oil
Rice and fried egg to serve
Spring onions to garnish

Steps

Put oil in a wok. Chop all spices and veg, throw them in. Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add sauces and sugar

Now add the chicken. Continue cooking for another 8-10 mins until chicken is cooked. Add the basil

Plate up with rice, fried egg and spring onions to garnish 😀
