Fastly wash carrot pilling grated. Take a heavy bottom wok and add grated carrot heat for 5 minute on low flame.

Then add milk and cook it till them become half on low flame.

After then continuously stir on mid flame till come out thick.

Add desi ghee, sugar and khoya cook it and mix well for 5 minute on low flame.

Add Dry fruit and switch off flame. Ready to serve.
