  5. 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  6. 1whole egg
  7. 1 tbspsalt
  8. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  9. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  10. 1garam masala powder
  11. 1 tbspkhashkhash (poppy seeds)
  12. 4 tbsproasted gram flour
  13. 1 tbsproasted cumin seed powder
  14. 1 tbspcashew powder (5 kaju)
  15. 1 tbspalmond powder (5 badam)
  16. For gravy:-
  17. 3medium size fried onion
  18. 1 tbspsabut garam masala (whole spices)
  19. 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  20. 4 tbsptomato puree (4-5 medium size tomatoes)
  21. 1 tbspsalt
  22. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  23. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  24. 1 tbspcumin seed powder
  25. 1 tbsproasted cashew powder (5 kaju)
  26. 1 tbsproasted almond powder (5 badam)
  27. 1 tbspgaram masala
  28. 1 cupyougurt
  29. 7 tbspoil
  30. 5 glasseswater
  31. For garnishing:-
  32. 1/2 bunchcoriander leaves
  33. 3green chilies

    Chopper mein pyaz hari mirchen dhaniya lekr chop krlen phr qeema dalen aur bilkl bareek pees lein sath mein aik anda b shamil krlen piste hue takhe smoothly pisey qeema yad rahe qeema bilkl dry hona chaeye pani bilkl na ho wrna sahi ny bnegn kofte

    Phr roasted ingredients alag krlen phele besan roast krlen then zeera badam and kaju

    Kaju badam zeera sath pees lein aur adha powder rakh dein for gravy

    Ab upar sare roasted and dry masale dal kar qeema ko mix krlen ache se aur hath geele kar ke balls bana lein chahen tou freeze b krlen

    Ab gravy taeyar krne ke liye pot mein oil lein aur bareek pyaz cut kar ke dark brown krlen phr usme sabut garam masala tez pat pata aur ginger garlic paste dal kar bhoone ke oil ajae

    Ab tomato puree dalen aur phr dry and roasted masale dal lein

    Jab oil ane lage tou yougurt ko phent kar dal dein aur khub bhune chahen tou bech bech mein pani dal dal kar bhunai karein q ke jitni achi bhunai hogi itna acha gravy bnega aur colour b aega

    Jab oil upar ajae tou 4 glass pani dal kar aik boil dein aur boil ane ke bd kofte dal dein

    Kofte dalne ke 10 mins tak chamach ny chalana hy salan mein aur pot ko pakr kar shake krna hy par chamach bilkl b ny chalana stove ko medium anch par rakh kar 10 mins ke liye rakh dengn

    10 mins bd anch medium low kar ke chamach chala kar kofton ko dkhegn aur 15 mins ke liye phr rakh dengn dhakan dhak kar

  11. 11

    After 15 mins kofte check krne ke bd hara dhaniya and hari mirch and tora sa garam masala powder se garnish kar ke 5 mins ke liye dhakan dhak dengn aur phr dish out krlegn

    Kofte ready hain:)

    Mere pas Kashmiri lal mirch ny ti par agr apke pas hy tou ap balls and gravy mein add krsakte hain
