Steps

Cut the capsicum, onion and carrots into strips

Pre heat the cooking oil and throw in the cumin seeds

And the onions and cook for half a minute then add the tomatoes
- 4
Once the tomatoes have cooked, add the carrots and capsicum together with the spices and cook for 2 minutes
- 5
Garnish with coriander leaves and make a veg roll with your left over chapati or freshly made chapati
