Boiled vegetables with an extra touch of corn. I blend the boiled vegetables into a soup, and with the flavorful corn cooked with all the veggies, I make a Corn, Leek, and Bacon Pie.

Wash, cut, and boil the vegetables until everything is tender.

Once the vegetables are ready, set aside 2 ears of corn and blend the rest of the vegetables to make a creamy soup.

Chop the onion, bell pepper, and leeks. Sauté everything, then cut the boiled corn off the cob to prepare the filling.

Sauté the mixture, add the bacon and corn kernels.

Mix everything together, add 2 eggs, and bake in the oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes.
