Ingredients

  1. Cat fish
  2. 2 spoondark soysauce
  3. knoor cubes 2
  4. 1 teaspoondry pepper
  5. 1/2 teaspooncrushed garlic
  6. 1 teaspoonmix spices
  7. 1 teaspooncurry powder
  8. 1 spoonvegetable oil
  9. sliced onion for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean and wash the fish

  2. 2

    Drain exess water and make some cuts on the fish

  3. 3

    Mix all the marinades together

  4. 4

    Use the marinades to rub all over the fish and put in the freezer for 15mins

  5. 5

    Heat oven and put the fish with onions inside to roast

  6. 6

    After 15mins checks if its done.
