Steps

Take one tbspn butter in a pan and heat it. Once the butter is melted add jeera and asofatida.

Once the jeera has crackled add 1 tbspn onions and saute it.

Next add sprouted moong and saute it on medium high flame for 1-2 min.

Once the moong turns tender, switch off the stove and add chat masala. Remove the salad in a mixing bowl.

Now in the same pan heat 1 tspn butter and saute garlic. Once the raw smell goes, add Spinach to it and saute it on high flame. It would turn aromat, remove from the flame and add to the mixing bowl.

Now, add remaining onions, chopped grapes, corn and give a nice mix.

Just before serving, heat the same pan with 1tsn butter, add urad dal and saute it till it changes it's colour. Now add to the mixing bowl.

For plating, prepare the dish with a tbspn of curd. Sprinkle salt and pepper on it. Slit a chillie and put it next to curd. Now on the other half of the plate, serve the protein paked salad.
