Ingredients

  • For idli:-
  • 1/2 cuprice
  • 1/4 cupchana daal
  • 1/4 cupurad daal
  • 1/4 cupmoong daal
  • 1/2 tbsphing
  • 1/2 tbspturmeric powder
  • 1 packeteno
  • to tasteSalt
  • Fortadka:-
  • 1(chopped) onion
  • 1-2 tbspchopped green coriander
  • 5-6curry leaves
  • 1/2 tbspmustard seeds
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak all the grain in water for 4-5 hours.

  2. 2

    Now drain the water and make a smooth paste and add salt, turmeric powder, hing and eno and mix all together and rest it for half an hour.

  3. 3

    Now get ready to idli steamer and pour idli mix in idli try and steam for 10-15 mins.

  4. 4

    Now remove the idlis to try and cuts into 4-4 cut.

  5. 5

    Now take pan and heat oil after heating oil add mustard seeds, green chilli, curry leaves and sauté for 1 min after then add sliced onion and salt or sauté until the onions colours change.

  6. 6

    Now add chopped mix daal idli in tadka and sauté very well.

  7. 7

    Hot mix daal idli is ready for serve enjoy yummy and healthy breakfast.
