Instant Rawa-Beetroot Idlis

In a mixing bowl add instant Rawa-idli mix.(Ingredients..Rawa, chana dal, cashewnuts, green chillies ginger, curry leaves, mustard seeds, salt, oil, soda bi carb).

Add 100 gms of curd to rawa idli mixture. Mix well.

Add 1/2 cup grated beetroot and mix well. Keet cover for 2 mins.

Add 200 gms curds and mix well. Keep cover for 2 mins.

Grease 4 idli plates. Put about 2 tbsp of Rawa- beetroot idli batter into each cavity. Place prepared plates in steam cooker. Steam for 10-12 mins.

Remove Rawa- beetroot idlis from cooker after 5 mins. Take the idlis out carefully with a spoon. Cut round idlis with heart shape mould. Serve Hot Delicious Instant Rawa-Beetroot Idlis with coconut- coriander chutney.
