Steps

Take boiled potatoes and mash them and add green chillies, coriander, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and chaat masala to it. Add salt, rajgira flour, oil and knead the dough. Keep the dough aside for 5 minutes and after a while, make a round shape out of it and fry it on a tava matal and serve it hot.

Tips
To make it more tasty, use desi ghee along with cooking oil
