Combine all dough ingredients except the oil and knead into a dough. Rub the oil around the outside of the dough, cover with plastic wrap, and let rest for 90 minutes.

Mix all filling ingredients together, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until ready to use.

Punch down the dough and place it on a floured surface. Divide into four balls, cover with plastic wrap, and let rest for 15 minutes. Shape each ball into a flat round, place filling in the center, wrap and seal tightly.

Brush the tops with egg white and sprinkle with white sesame seeds. Preheat the oven to 380°F (193°C) and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven.

Serve and slice open!
