Ingredients

  • 1 cupsooji
  • 1 cupDesi ghee
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 4 cupswater
  • 1/4 cupcoconut pieces
  • 1/4 cupdry fruits

    In a kadhai add ghee and sooji. Roast it till golden brown. Now add sugar, coconut pieces and dry fruits.Mix well. Add water and stir continuously till it becomes thicker. Halwa is ready to serve.
