Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2 cupsooji macroni
  2. 10-12garlic cloves chopped
  3. 1onion chopped in slices
  4. 2tomatoes chopped
  5. 2green chillies chopped
  6. 1 tbspmustard oil
  7. 2 tspblack pepper powder
  8. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place big pot of water to boil when u see the steam,add in macroni with little salt.cook macroni till it is soft, strain and set aside.

    Heat oil in a pan when it is hot add in onion and garlic,keep mixing till onion and garlic golden brown in colour.

    Mix in chopped tomatoes, green chillies and stir,when tomatoes are done add in boiled macroni and all the remaining ingredients such as salt, black pepper powder and mix well.

    Serve hot.
