Make a hole in the center of each golgappa.

First, put a small portion of mashed potatoes, then 4 pieces of boiled white channe, then 1/6 tsp curd,1/6 tsp tamarind juice, 1/7 tsp mint chutney.

Garnish with seviya. Do the same process with leftover Golgappe.

Serve immediately.
