1/2 lbbeef, browned and drained of fat
Optional
1/2onion, chopped
1chopped green pepper
1 can (4 oz)mushrooms
American cheese or other grated cheese

Mix together. Cover with a few slices American cheese or grated mozzarella, etc. Cover pot with foil and refrigerate until ready to cook.
