Steps

Soak chana in water overnight and put 1tsp baking soda in it

Boil in the morning

Take a wok put oil cumin and sliced onions in it and make them brown
- 4
Then add ginger garlic paste,red chillie powder and chaat masala,tomatoes and mix well

Then add boil chana and half cup water to it and mix well and cook for 10 mins on slow flame

Then add tarmarind water to it and cook for another 5 mins

Mouth watering black Chana Chaat ready

Dish it out and garnish with julian cut ginger and chopped green chillies
