Ingredients

  • 1.1 poundsshelled freshwater snails
  • 3 1/2 tablespoonsSouthern Thai curry paste
  • 1.1 poundscoconut milk
  • 1 bunchcumin leaves
  • 7 slicespalm sugar
  • 4 tablespoonsfish sauce

Steps

    Slice the cumin leaves and boil the snails once to clean them.

  2. 2

    Heat the thick coconut milk and dissolve the curry paste in it. Once it boils, add the snails, season with fish sauce and palm sugar, add the cumin leaves, and taste. Done! Easy, delicious, and quick.
