Take 1 cup of Moong, Now wash in water for 3-4 times. Soak it for 7-8 hour.

Drain water, and keep into box or jar, cover it and keep it in warm place. Sprinkle some water to keep them moist. Our sprout is ready.

Take sprout in a big bowl, add capsicum, beetroot, and spring onion. Mix it well.

Now add red chilli, chat masala, cumin powder, black salt, salt and tomato. Mix it well.

Now add lemon juice. Mix well our healthy sprout salad is ready to serve.
