Steps

Soak the sabudana for atleast 2 hour or over night.

Cut the potatoes in to small pieces.

Grind the peanuts and green chillies to make a fine powder.

Heat oil in a pan. Add coming seeds anD fry for 2 minutes.

Now add potatoes and fry for 3 to 4 minutes.

Mix the soaked sabudana and peanut powder properly. Add salt and and mix again.

Add this mixture to pan and and mix well. Cook it by covering on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes. Do not over cook it.other wise it will become sticky.

Sabudana khichdi is ready. Garnish it with some potato chips. Serve hot.
