In one mixing bowl add all-purpose flour, oil and salt.

Make a dough and make a roti and cook one side on tava.

In a mixing bowl add grated cheese, chilli flakes, oregano, mashed potato and bread crumbs.

Mix well. Make tikki and shallow fry on tava.

Mix schezwan sauce and mayonnaise.

Spread on roti and put cheese tikki add onion, capsicum, cabbage and sweet corn.

Sprinkle chat masala and heat on tava.

Serve with grated cheese.
