Remove the skin of raw mangoes, wash it and chop into pieces. Transfer it to a pressure pan, add jaggery and water(only as much as that the mango pieces and jaggery just immerse in it).

Pressure cook for two whistles.

Now blend everything with a hand beater.

Now to this add salt and cumin powder to it and mix well. We can store this mixture in fridge for about a week.

While serving take 1/3 glass of the prepared mixture, water and few ice cubes. Mix everything well and serve.
