Ingredients

  1. 1 sheetpuff pastry store bought
  2. 500 glean ground beef
  3. 3 tbsptomato puree
  4. 1 tbspItalian mixed herbs
  5. 2 tspgarlic powder
  6. 2 tspchilli powder
  7. to tasteSalt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Lay pastry out

  2. 2

    Mix remaining ingredients together

  3. 3

    Form into a rectangle nearly the same size as the pastry leaving enough room to roll and spread the meat mixture

  4. 4

    Roll up into a log then freeze for 30 mins

  5. 5

    Slice into 8 whirls and bake covered at 180°c for 30 mins then remove cover and brown for 10-15 mins until cooked....enjoy🍽
